CONCIERGE SERVICE

Routine labs are done at your initial visit, 28 weeks and 36 weeks

Payment and Financing options

At this time, we are not in-network with any commercial insurances. As a small business, we have found that the majority of midwifery services do not get credentialed and paid. For this reason, we offer self-pay pricing with different payment plans! We accept cash/check, Zelle, credit/debit cards (3.5% fee included), HSA cards (3.5% fee included), and Venmo (3.5% fee included).

We can refer you to a billing company that will help you get reimbursed for the money you pay to us if you have insurance or Medicaid. They charge a small percentage once the insurance company has paid. Information for Cosmic Birth Billing can be seen here.

Medicaid

As of January 20, 2024, we are no longer accepting Medicaid as a source of payment. We offer a reduced self pay rate for those that are eligible for Medicaid. Contact us for more information.

Payment plans

We offer different payment plans. We understand that family situations arise, and we ask in turn that you understand we also have families and expenses to cover. Communication is key! We will divide your payments up and payment will be due according to the date on your paperwork. Please contact our office for more details on payment plans.
